I’ve taken a little time off Instagram lately… I have a tendency to run around at a million miles per hour, jumping from one project to to the next… box checking helps me to feel ‘in control’ – a futile pursuit really. I learn with age that in the grand scheme, we actually control very little. Lately I’ve been working to ride my bike a little slower, engage with my friends more deeply and spend a little more time enjoying all the beauty that’s around… I’m certainly not ready to flush my phone down the toilet, but here’s to a little more time disconnected – even if only a touch… xx
